About what we deliver
All documents translated for your immigration process will follow USCIS guidelines, meaning:
- Delivered in PDF format
- Complete and accurate translation
- Translator’s certification statement included
- Formatting faithful to the structure of the original document*
*“Faithful formatting” refers to maintaining document fields, seals, and structure — not replicating graphic design.
About our store
- Product prices are displayed in Brazilian Reais (R$), but we can charge in USD when needed.
- For continuous text or variable volume, pricing is per word (calculated using the official word count).
- If your request doesn’t fit the products listed in our Store, you can request a Custom Offer — we’ll reply quickly with a clear and fair quote.
About discounts
Discounts for large volumes may be negotiated.

About Payment
Once you receive and approve the quote sent by CAT, you will:
- Pay a 50% upfront deposit
- Pay the remaining 50% upon delivery of the translated material
